The room was absolutely beautifully prepared for our arrival and was spotlessly clean. The staff member who checked us in was so friendly and helpful, we truly felt welcomed. Room service breakfast was such a generous serve and a true taste sensation.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and parking were included. Breakfast was fabulous, lots of variety. Parking safe and secure. Location in the city made walking everywhere easy. Beds super comfy.
Well kept property. Bathroom is old with shower curtain and sink. Kept fairly well. Breakfast staff very attentive and friendly, loved my coffee and omelete. Chefs really pat attention to orders. Only complain I have is about housekeeping, rooms were not cleaned properly. There was dirt on the floor near the beds, they left their key card on day 2 while they did the rooms.

Liked the reception check in and check out efficiently. Restaurant was excellent in particular a staff member Harjit was very dedicated and helpful in providing whatever we required with a contagious smile.
When I first saw the interior I thought that it would be noisy but there was no noise, either inside or from outside at all. The meals were excellent and the friendly. efficient staff made them extra enjoyable. Parking was excellent and easy to come and go.
Location of the Hotel was close to everything especially Floriade . 30 minute walk to War memorial and other buildings of significance. A must do is a visit to The Bonsai Exhibition within the grounds of the superb Arboretum. Staff were the most helpful and friendly of the hotels that we stayed at on our Road Trip .
