"Typical all inclusive hotel. Nice atmosphere and beautiful setting. Staff is moderately attentive. Details are often missed. Starting at the Diamond club which was over crowded when we got there. Then miscommunication with room type. Butler service was ok, but we didn’t use it too much. Restaurants were ok. Hot and wait times were long. Zen was the exception. Fantastic experience."

"It is more like a bouquet hotel. It is a very well kept hotel with a friendly staff, small dining area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A little bar for drinks. Quiet place for couples or family's. Beach is only steps away and it's well maintained."

"The food was the best food I’ve ever eaten on a resort, it was well seasoned and delicious. However the facilities were a bit old and outdated. Necessary renovations would help make this a 5 star hotel. Additionally, all the bar areas by the pool were unkept. They consistently smelled like garbage and rotting fruit."

"Best island we have been to thus far. The people and the resort were amazing. The resort and it's private villas were beyond expectations. We were there to celebrate a Birthday and the resort delivered on all the special touches I requested to make the week unforgettable. The list of activities were also amazing, including scuba diving and the snorkeling right on site! Thank you! We will definitely return!"
