Pagamos quase 9 mil por 4 dias no perĂ­odo de 29/12/24 a 02/01/25. Valor que daria para ficar no RIU Barcelona e ainda ficaria bem mais barato. Minha esposa reservou um mĂȘs antes e avisou da alergia alimentar ao orĂ©gano. Chegamos estacionamos rente a porta de vidro, ninguĂ©m veio nos ajudar com as malas, nĂŁo trouxeram carrinho de mala e estava garoando. NĂłs levamos as malas atĂ© a recepção. Preenchemos a ficha do check in e novamente escrevemos a alergia alimentar ao orĂ©gano. No chĂĄ da tarde 3 das 5 opçÔes de salgados tinham orĂ©gano, ela sĂł pode comer 2 coisas e opçÔes de doces. No cafĂ© da manhĂŁ muita coisa com orĂ©gano, ela foi na recepção reclamar, porque Ă© uma coisa simples sĂł nĂŁo jogar orĂ©gano por cima, nĂŁo por, trocar por salsa, ou deixar a gosto os temperos, como Ă© em todo lugar. SaĂ­mos pra almoçar e pedimos arrumação, voltamos 1:40h depois e o quarto nĂŁo estava arrumado, sendo que estava trabalhando e nĂŁo poderia aceitar a arrumação tardia, tambĂ©m nĂŁo poderia usar o escritĂłrio do hotel por sigilo da minha profissĂŁo. Ela desceu pra reclamar na recepção e a Gerente Penha chamou-a para conversar e discutiu com ela. CadĂȘ o lema que o cliente tem sempre razĂŁo? No Vila Amista nĂŁo tem, menos avisando duas vezes antes, a Chef de cozinha disse que nĂŁo havia sido orientada. NĂŁo leram a reserva. A partir daĂ­ substituĂ­ram por salsa e etc.. Nunca mais voltaremos, o valor nĂŁo compensou. Os outros 2 dias foram bons. O melhor Ă© o silĂȘncio porque os outros hĂłspedes sĂŁo educadĂ­ssimos.

Melhor hospedagem em Campos do JordĂŁo para casal!! Equipe cuidadosa e com excelĂȘncia Hotel cheiroso, quartos bem estruturados e de bom gosto. Nunca tivemos tanta opçÔes de alimentos sem glĂșten e sem lactose ( avise antes) Tudo lindo! Voltaremos com certeza!

Quarto confortåvel e grande com piso aquecido no banheiro. Chuveiro poderia ser um pouco mais forte, mas também não é ruim (gosto pessoal). Funcionårios super prestativos, tenho restriçÔes alimentares (alergia) e eles preparam um cardåpio diferenciado pra mim no café da manhã e no chå da tarde. Agradeço a Michelle e a Cåssia da cozinha pelo carinho. Por sinal, achamos a comida deliciosa. Academia é pequena, mas super då pra treinar bem. Capivari fica uma distùncia 5 min à pé. Com certeza ficamos felizes com nossa escolha de hotel.
