As instalações do hotel são razoáveis, mas o serviço de bar e restaurante só funciona até às 22:00 horas, o que é inaceitável para um resort. A comida oferecida no buffet é apenas razoável. Na primeira noite estava ruim.

atenção a idosos - melhorar

tudo muito bom - sugestões de melhorar bastante a academia e colocar pelo menos o triplo de macarrões na piscina - alem de retirar os inumeros tapetes do salao nobre a fim de evitar queda de idosos ---- seria necessário ter um carrinho de golfe para ajudar na locomoção dos idosos dentro do hotel ---- hotel está despreparado para pessoas idosas

Pérola do Vale do Paraiba

Um hotel que me hospedo pelo menos 2 vezes ao ano. Excelente custo-benefício. Atendimento excelente e ótimo espaço. A piscina quente é um plus para os dias chuvosos. Sem contar que você encontra o paisagismo do Burle Marx, arquitetura de Niemeyer e obra do Di Cavalcanti.

Hotel incrível e aconchegante.

Lembro do meu pai falar deste hotel e por ser vem tradicional, fui esperando um lugar antiquado, mas me surpeendi muito, pois o hotel está todo reformado e atualizado, acomodações excelentes, comida ótima, recreação infantil espetacular. A tia cenoura é super atenciosa e gentil. Me surpreendi muito com o hotel e vou voltar.
