Safe neighbourhood good value hotel

Old fashioned hotel with large rooms, very clean and comfortable in good and safe neighbourhood. Walking distance to restaurants/bars. Lovely staff. Free parking onsite. Good value.

I have stayed there a few times before, but it was the first time in 5 years. Surprised to see the rooms are the same, no improvement or upgrades. Same old issues, elevator not working, standing water in the shower. Staff is helpful, efficient and polite. Still a good option in Sao José, but needs improvement.

No hotel tem um restaurante, foi pedido duas pizzas e um prato de bife a parmegiana, onde dizia ter molho de tomate. O molho foi praticamente zero, e o das pizzas também. Além disso a pizza dura, a massa dura, você batia nela parecia uma pedra. Tirei fotos e fiz video, pois foi surreal. Chamamos a garçonete que disse que iria falar com o cozinheiro e não voltou mais, então chamamos o garçom e ele disse que iria falar com o gerente sobre isso, mas não trocaram a comida e cobraram o valor integral, mesmo a comida tendo ficado no prato. Achamos um absurdo. Fora isso na hora do café eles estão sempre repondo.

O atendimento de toda a equipe é bastante atenciosa, nos deram um quarto bem silencioso, o café da manhã é excelente e tem a opção de estacionar o carro no estacionamento ao lado caso todas as vagas do hotel estiverem ocupadalas, sem custo adicional. Fora que ele é superbem localizado, perto de tudo!

Necessita melhorar quanto a infiltrações no teto do estacionamento que acaba danificando a pintura dos veículos, já tive um outro veículo com a pintura danificada e que me parece ainda não solucionou o problema, tive que procurar uma vaga onde corria menos risco a respeito

O hotel é mais antigo e precisa de uma renovação em suas instalações. A cortina blackout não é capaz de bloquear a luz e o quarto fica bem claro. Os prato e talheres do café da manhã estavam sujos, com crostas de comida de usos anteriores. os itens do café em sim são limitados e a reposição bem lenta. a localização é ótima mas não vale o valor cobrado.

No geral o hotel é bom, confortável. O estacionamento coberto é limitado de vagas e bem apertadas, porém, tem convênio com um estacionamento ao lado do hotel, com vagas descobertas. O café da manhã é razoável.... poucas opções. Não utilizei as opções de lazer.

O Hotel é ótimo. Refeição deixou a desejar.

Fiquei desapontada com a refeição. Demorou mais de 50 minutos (solicitei beeeem passado), a carne veio quase crua, voltou pra cozinha, demorou mais 15 minutos e continuava mal passada pedi que viesse bem passada, voltou pra cozinha, depois de mais 20 minutos minha refeição estava gelada e a carne veio completamente queimada, amarga. Paguei 55,00 e ficou lá todo o carvão que me entregaram. Quanto ao chuveiro, tive que ligar para informar que não estava saindo agua quente, somente a gelada.
