"The room 601 was not accessible by anything but stairs. Staff was not available when leaving to help with my luggage and I fell down the stairs with my bags trying to get to the elevator. When I tried to explain to the front desk about the accident she didn’t seem to care. My wrist and knee are injured. To have rooms only accessible by stairs and not offer assistance with luggage to the elevator is ridiculous. I left a bag of take out I had put in the hallway for trash and it sat there outside...

"Une chambre très mal insonorisée par rapport au reste des chambres et au couloir. On entend clairement les voisins, les portes qui claquent et le service de chambre qui démarre dès 7h du matin ce qui est très incommodant.. La porte de la salle de bains est vitrée et celle ci donne sur une porte fenêtre bien lumineuse sans possibilité d'occulter la lumière. Il est donc impossible de dormir dans une pièce raisonnablement sombre dès qu'il fait jour... Sinon personnel accueillant."

"Hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel location is perfect. Great shops and restaurants literally just out of the door. The only problem was that we didn’t have time to stay longer. If we ever come back to Nice, we’ll definitely be staying here again."

"Great location in Nice, France. Breakfast was outstanding. It's a 4 star hotel. I was very happy and I've stayed at the Crillon in Paris which is a 5 star and over the moon fabulous. this hotel is not the Crillon but we were wanting to be close to the beach, and a safe location. I will go back again the next time I return to Nice. The front desk was very helpful. AC was fine."

"Positive : Location is perfect. Staff was helpfull and friendly . Breakfast was ok. AC working very well Negative : Single rooms are too small comparing with the price . Water was leaking from the shower as they don’t have shower cabin . There is a kettle and teabags but there is no complimentary waters in the room. Also there is no minibar in the room ."

"The staff was VERRRYYY helpful and accommodating. Good location, close to both beach and the train station. The were leaving before the breakfast start time on our last day but the staff there made arrangements early so that we could have the breakfast before we left. This is the place I will stay if I visit Nice again."

"Although the location was good, the hotel itself was small and very dirty, we found food and trash under the couch, and we were not treated well by the receptionist when we arrived. The only reason it may be worth it is for the location."
