The hotel, the staff and the breakfast are amazing. The place has easy access and free parking. The only thing that needs a major upgrade is the bathrooms. The toilet was broken, the shower was full of mold and the outdated tile looks dirty. But overall the hotel is the best one around the area.

Overall ok but it needs renovation

Value for money I guess the hotel is ok. It is starting to be old . Bed was old and the bathroom also needs renovation. Air conditioning made to much noise, it also needs maintenance. It was clean and the service is very good. Value for money is ok .

O quarto é muito confortável, o banheiro gigante, a ducha sai bastante água. O café da manhã é super caprichado, o pessoal do front desk, do atendimento em geral é super atencioso e gentil. Meu único ponto negativo é em relação ao barulho que se ouve do quarto ao lado pelo fato de ter uma porta que liga os dois quartos e vaza bastante som. Enquanto meu vizinho fazia barulho eu não consegui dormir

excelente Estadia ao Quality Jundiaí

A estadia foi ótima, realmente mto acima das expectativas, cheguei quase duas horas antes do chekin e por cortesia foi liberado o quarta logo que chegamos. No dia seguinte não consegui tomar café da manhã devido uma reunião ter atrasado, mas msm assim foi nos concedido um lanche após encerramento do café da manhã para que pudéssemos levar ao quarto. Mto Cordial a equipe. Parabéns! Com certeza recomendo mto o hotel!!!

Pernoite perfeita.

Nossa estadia tinha objetivo em pedalar na região da Serra do Japi, portanto fomos somente pernoitar, o que tornou nossa viagem tranquila e proximo do local. O ponto alto do hotel, são o estacionamento amplo e com algumas vagas cobertas, apartamento espaçoso, tv com tela média, mas "visivel", atendimento super atencioso do staff dp restaurante, localização prilegiada, próximo a rodovia e ao lado do Carrefour! Facilidade para chegar no centro. Somente o café poderia abrir 30 minutos antes... de resto tudo perfeito.

Chuveiro não esquenta, luz do banheiro piscando sem parar, e os dispensers de shampoo e condicionador estavam vazios. Liguei na recepção para informar, mas disseram que só poderiam resolver no dia seguinte — sendo que minha hospedagem era de apenas uma diária. Resultado: banho gelado à noite e pela manhã. A comida também deixou a desejar. Pedimos um bife ancho mal passado, veio bem passado. Mais tarde pedimos pizza: massa grossa e seca, comemos só o recheio. Sinceramente, não volto mais. Péssima experiência do início ao fim.
