In general terms was ok but it is evident some issues with maintenance. Toilet tables that not fit, noisy fridge and AC doesn´t work in heat mode.

The property and people were very nice. The toilet seat was broken and the safe was left locked open so i couldn't use it. Told the front desk but nothing was ever fixed.

Reservei quarto p um casal e uma cama de solteiro. Consegui um só c uma cama de casal. Não tinha controles de tv e do ar. Tive q solicitar. Toalhas somente p casal. O quarto era adaptado p peaaoas com deficiência e não consegui a troca. A recepcionista informou q a piscina estava liberada ate as 21hrs, só q fomos comunicados p sair da piscina .

Equipe muito gentil! Funcionários da recepção muito cordiais e prestativos. Os quarto um pouco velhos e estavam sujos. Janelas muito sujas, lixo embaixo da cama. O quarto fica claro bem cedo pois o blackout não cobre toda a janela .

Passamos uma noite apenas, mas foi tudo muito tranquilo. Boas instalações, quarto e banheiro limpos e arrumados. O café da manhã é muito bom. A única ressalva seria a presença de mosquitos na área dos alimentos; poderia haver um dispositivo que os mantivesse afastados.

Esse Hotel dispõe de mais 137 apartamentos em 6 andares para melhor atender os clientes e hóspedes, dispõe de Piscina, academia, salas de reuniões, restaurante, segurança 24 horas, sala para Bagagem e demais estruturas para uma boa estadia. O quanto é amplo, limpo, moderno, climatizado e cheiroso, no quarto, tem ar-condicionado, mesa de trabalho, guarda roupa, cofre, televisão e frigobar. O banheiro tem um bom tamanho, dispõe de todos os itens para um bom banho. Estacionamento descoberto gratuito. Café da manhã com uma boa diversidade de produtos de boa qualidade. Higiene deixa muito a desejar, nem o lixo do banheiro havia sido retirado. Café da manhã pessimo, tudo velho, pão duro, amanhecido, pouca variedade. Passei mal e tive que voltar antes. Não vale o que cobra.
