"The communication for this hotel was top of the line. They email and WhatsApp you the day before your arrival. They sent step by step instructions on which app to download, how to use the key etc…We arrived early in the morning so we were told to go to the main reception to drop off bags, only a few short blocks away. When we arrived we were too tired to go anywhere so we sat in the lobby, our room was ready earlier than said time, which was great. We booked the penthouse. It was spacious enough...
