"Stayed in a King Suite with an ocean view at Ocean Promenade Hotel and overall had a really nice experience. The room was beautiful, super clean, and had a small kitchen stocked with most of the essentials, which was a great bonus. The balcony was a nice feature, though it could use a better clean and the patio furniture felt a bit dated. The bed was a little too firm for my personal preference, but still comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. You can hear the train passing by, which is definitely loud, but oddly enough it added a bit of a romantic, seaside vibe. The lobby was under construction during our stay, and check-in was slower than expected, which wasn’t ideal. That said, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. One downside is that onsite parking felt overpriced. Overall, a great stay with a few minor areas for improvement, but the location and room quality really stand out."

"Do not come to this hotel. They do not have internet and when I asked them to fix it they said it is ok which did not work. I could jot work at hotel during my stay. They also charge a lot!"

"From the moment we booked our stay until the time we left the property everything was perfect. They have a flawless check in routine and made sure we felt welcome as soon as we arrived. We stayed in the Cinderella room. Everything about our stay was fantastic: the property, the staff, the location, the parking, the unique experience. We did not order breakfast because our schedule of events did not allow time for breakfast during our stay but it smelled absolutely delicious every morning so I can only imagine that the breakfast was also incredible because everything else about our stay was. I highly recommend this wonderful place for your next stay, I can’t wait to go back."
