"Do not expect a hotel experience. This is literally a capsule with a bed and a TV that only gets three Italian channels. The biggest issue is the noise. The doors to the washrooms are constantly opening and closing, and if other guests decide to use them throughout the night, getting a decent night's sleep becomes nearly impossible if your capsule is close to the doors. There are only two vending machines on site, and you'll need coins to use them. If you want a towel for a shower, you'll...
