"Parking was easy but the entire mall area is all vacated and I didn't feel particularly feel safe outside at night. The room was clean."

"I was on the 2nd floor and the ice machine did not work the entire weekend. I had hurt my knee the night before check-in & there was no elevator & because the room was non-refundable, I was stuck. The beds were painfully hard along with 2 of the pillows on the bed. I had called the hotel directly to inquire about pet fees & was told the fee was included in the price only to be told upon check-out that was not the case if you decided to register online."
