"This property is a scam. I turned up at the property and the security person said that the flat number did not exist. The vendor also charged me £650 deposit and tried to deduct it daily for next next 4 days. I got my credit card company to refund it and put a merchant block on this. Expedia support was very slow, robotic support agents with prepared scripts on repeat. Only decent thing was they gave me some cash key as compensation. Overall, a terrible and stressful experience"

"The rooms were neat & clean. The general areas were also clean and presentable. The breakfast buffet had a decent assortment 8-10:30am. The negative feedback is that, you were allowed to ended up to 10:30, but they cleaned up the food by 10:50am. It was off putting and not professional. The hospitality of some staff members was not friendly. The pool parties lasted to about 11pm so if you want an early bedtime, be prepared. Otherwise, it is very convenient to all restaurants and walking distance to a really beautiful beach."
