Cheap is not always best but cheap works in a pinch. No coffee is a buzz kill and getting tv to work was a magic trick . Other than that no bugs and comfy bed !! Staff was nice and booking went smoothly !

Went to do an Ironman, it was close to historic Cambridge in car. Great dinning a shops near-by. Love the pizza next to the Hotel.

Had to have management cix the tv oth nights. Car was beoken in to and No security. Tv didnt work. Old and dirty. Had property stolen out of locked vehicle. People hanging around the property. The place was horrible.

Poorly maintained property. The hotel night manager was sleeping under a blanket on the couch in the lobby. Yuck!!!!

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The entire place needs to be investigated and shutdown. Mold everywhere. Bugs everywhere. The bed had stains, burn holes, and was hard as a rock. The owners are in complete denial of the state of their hotel.

This was a filthy place. My shower had hair in it, the floor was littered with hairpins and dust bunnies. There were no blankets for the beds and the bathroom sink was foul. The toilet barely fushed.

This property was absolutely disgusting. It was extremely dirty. It looked like someone peed in the tub & it was never cleaned. The doors & walls were filthy. I was in a non smoking room but cigarette smoke was everywhere. I had to wipe everything down with Clorox wipes just to be able to touch anything. It appears to be transient housing. You need to remove this property. I would give it zero stars if allowed.

BEWARE… Scary!

I was given the wrong keycard for our room number, come to find out that the room was completely out of order and the front desk couldn’t get the door open. He then needed to guess with multiple key cards for other doors that were nearby until he found one that worked. As we were walking back outside of the room we could see someone completely black out drunk on the floor in pour hallway (and he was homeless). As we got to the entrance of the building on day 1 there was throw up on the floor and the next day after it was still there being completely ignored by the cleaning crew. Our shower curtains had mold on the inside of them and the room was only lit u by 3 lamps that needed to be turned on manually. Our bathroom door wouldn’t shut due to the door being slightly bigger then the frame of the door.

Do Not Stay Here

When we arrived the lobby was completely empty. We walked the entirety of the location and there was no one there at all. After about 15 or more minutes of waiting a car pulled up and the front desk person finally showed up. Without even apologizing or acknowledging that he was absent, he took our reservations. Upset but tired, I took the keys and went to the room. As we arrived to the room, we saw several dead cockroaches right outside of the door. As soon as we came in, we saw even more cockroaches that were alive crawling throughout the room. Immediately walked out and asked for a refund. Without even arguing he immediately issued the refund, which tells me he must've already known about the issue and was hoping I didn't notice. Terrible customer service, very dirty location.

The bed and pillows where very hard and uncomfortable. My wife and I went to Walmart and purchased our own pillows and blankets. The blanket on the bed had stains on it and clearly had not be washed after the prior occupants. The hotel manager indicated that coffee was available in the mornings, however my wife found the office locked with the manager asleep on the couch, and no coffee to be found.
