"Stayed here before a flight, hotel was perfect location to Heathrow Terminal 2. The breakfast was huge and lovely. The bar and restaurant was a great added bonus and very convenient. Staff was very helping when the self check in screen didn’t activate my key card. Room was so nice, great size and stocked with everything you will need for a short stay"

"Clean, comfortable room. Unable to use pool due to the limited time we were there. Also didn't use the restaurant or cafe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Rooms were quiet despite being on the flightpath. Loads of lifts! Air con in room was good, able to easily change the temperature. The fridge in our room wasn't cold/cool. Luckily we didn't need to use it. Extra milk pots would have been good for the tea/coffee facilities in room."

"Room was clean and staff at the front desk as well as inside the restaurant were very pleasant. Only things to comment on were the empty lotion in the bathroom of our room and during dinner, the waiters forgot my pizza order, however they did resolve this efficiently and refunded the charge for the inconvenience, which was appreciated."
