"My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at this lovely boutique hotel. We absolutely loved every inch of the building. It was clean, stylish and comfortable. "Very generous size apartment in the centre of Sevilla, perfect for exploring the city. Modern, clean and well appointed, including welcome pack with coffee making supplies. Staff we very accommodating to manage our bags as we had a flight arrival prior to check in. As with many apartments in European cities there is no lift but 1st floor apartment was ok. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others looking for a large centrally located apartment for their Sévilla stay. "

"From the point of check end, the whole experience is super bad. Unfriendly front office team and to the room experience with the electricity cutting off automatically unless there is a movement in the room every few minutes. Calls after calls to Front Deck, issue is not even resolved. Corridor on the floor towards room from lift landing are very dark, as the auto sensor lights does not light up until after more than 30 seconds. The worst hotel I had ever stayed in! "
