"Avoid this hotel if there are other options. The rooms are nice and clean and the location is also great. However the hotel manager was very rude to me when I didn't have the exact change to pay for the city tax. I offered to go away and get the change but she became increasingly aggressive and refused to give my note back to me so that I could change it, while also accusing me of trying to cheat her out of the city tax. It set a really upsetting end on an otherwise reasonable stay. "

"Lovely room with a sea view. Justine was so helpful and friendly. Great location on sea front and only a two minute walk to the gorgeous beach. Quieter end of town which was ideal but only a five minute walk to the centre which is full of life and atmosphere! We would definitely stay here again! 😊"

"The Cacharel is like going back in time to a French ranch house. Staff is incredible- food is amazing. Gorgeous large pool (eat there!) rooms all have AC and are comfortable. Incredible location right by marshes with hundreds of flamingos and ample places to ride the iconic white horses. We had no idea how amazing this part of the world is. Would absolutely recommend if you want a wonderful once in a lifetime family adventure! We loved our stay (and added a night!) "
