"O chalé fica no alto de uma montanha, um pouco afastado do centro de Monte Verde, com uma estrada de terra e pedra nao tão simples de chegar. Para entrar no chalé há escadas para descer e isso pode ser um problema para acessibilidade.. O chalé estava tudo ok, o lugar é bem bonito, destaque para agua do chuveiro q é bem quentinha. A comunicação foi otima com a Vitória q esteve solicita o tempo todo."

"Café da manhã excelente, cama muito confortável, otimos colaboradores, atenciosos e prestativos. Limpeza nota 10. Unica coisa que faltou foi barras de apoio no banheiro, porque eu estava com pé quebrado. Mas eles trocaram meu apartamento que era no primeiro andar para o térreo. "

"The hotel was a beautful place to stay But the rudness of the older gentleman was to much telling us where to park our car or or always watching what you do makes you uncomfortable. The wooden fire should be more clear as you use the wood for the fire only to find out your being charged which is no where to be found on paper or online. So felt a little like a scheme for money at the end which ruined the trip a little. We stayed when the weather dropped so we had to use the fire and asking for extra wood we were yelled at that it was to late etc and the weather was 2 degrees. If you walked around the property you were followed by the older man only for him to yell. The breakfast was horrible! Eggs were just yellow water. For us we wouldnt stay at this property again! Just because of the extra charges and the older man. "

"A pousada foi muito além das nossas expectativas. Desde a nossa chegada até a saída fomos muito bem atendidos pela Paloma que é muito simpática e prestativa. Nossa primeira vez em Monte Verde e a escolha da pousada Recanto das Acácias fez valer a pena. Além de ser um lugar lindo é muito bem arrumado e limpinho. Estão de parabéns. Muito obrigado por terem contribuído para que nossa viagem de 14 anos de casados fosse incrível! "
