Good value hotel, spacius rooms but clumd do with updating now as other hotels are starting to seem more invested in.

Room spotless, warm and comfortable. Excellent staff, both helpful and courteous, all in all a very pleasurable stay.

Stayed here before and view is awesome but the apartment is showing signs of wear and tear, dirty grout in bathroom tiles , shower connector broken and you had shower option only not bath, shower head dripped all night, sink plug all corroded, no dishwasher , kettle full of limescale,bed sinks in ...

It is an excellent base for visiting north and south coasts and the moors. We have been to Cornwall many times, usually to the coast. We chose Callington for access to the moors, but also managed two beach days, one north, one south.
