They voided any cancellation fees and told me I would not be charged for the second night. I had to modify my reservation, the night before I had to leave the next morning. We had an unfortunate plumbing issue early in the morning of our last day (due to the early morning hour, no maintenance person was available, but the front desk clerk was quick to get us into a different room quickly).
