The hotel is close to train tracks and so you hear trains alot but we live close to train tracks so it wasn't to big of a deal. When we went to check in the lady first told me I didn't have a reservation then after a few minutes found our reservations. She gave us a key to our room, not a key card but an actual key. I am not sure what room they are showimg on the website but the room looked just the opposite. I looked like i had not been cleaned. The tub, sink, sitting chair, etc was dirty. "
