"First time here hotel was very clean newly remodeled close to university and Hollywood. Staff was very nice and check in/ check out was quick and easy. Two separate rooms kids had their own bunk beds. Definitely be back. "

Bathroom shows some wear in sinks and showers, but otherwise clean and acceptable. $15 parking fee was unexpected, especially since it was a typical motel/hotel open lot type and not appreciated without notice upon booking. "We had an amazing time at Lowes. Customer service is the name of their game. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and caring. There was a maintenance issue in our room that was immediately remedied. I’m still dreaming about the comfortable bed and pillows that enveloped us every night. This is a great place to stay!"
