"Breakfast was fine , room wasn’t ready for check in at 3:00 pm . It Eventually was ready around 3:20 however we have n been travelling since 03:00 am the day before and we were desperate to get somewhere to rest. We chose this hotel for the location and convenience as it’s near to many amenities . Area a a bit loud as there was a trans convention where they were discussing their issues and it was heard all over the lobby and restaurant area through the loud speaker . One manager told us the convention gets loud and that he was sorry if any guests were disturbed by the noise . "

"I will stay here every time I’m in Colombia. The property serves its purpose only thing is there is no weights in the gym but they have a 24 hour gym about five minutes out by Uber. The staff are the best like they leave you alone but still are super attentive of you if that makes sense and they are not trying to squeeze any money out of you in fact they are telling you ways to save money and that’s rare as a U.S. citizen visiting a country like Colombia."
