We stayed here 3 nights when our kids had a basketball tournament in the city. The front desk staff was friendly and made sure we had a good stay. They even let us have a few extra minutes in the pool at night so my kids could soak in the hot tub after their games. Everything was clean and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, but lots of options. Building a little dated, but safe, clean, free parking, and breakfast included including a nice pool made for a great stay.

Very clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Bathroom was also very clean, kuddos to the housekeepers. The staff at the front desk was helpful And friendly. Breakfast was good too, and a coffee machine in the lobby was a nice treat. Parking is not great not too many spots at the front area, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. I would stay again for sure.

Amazing staff make this property!!! Everyone from front desk to breakfast to cleaning staff go above and beyond. We always stay at this location when in town for a swim meet. Excellent proximity to downtown.

The Good: Close to public transit LRT, within walking distance of several breweries, although is a bit of a hike for some and several larger chain stores, property is clean, has good staff and good amenities and breakfast selection. The Bad: The Bathroom is a bit small in the room, and egg disks instead of proper eggs at the continental breakfast but both are minor complaints barely worth mentioning. McLeod trail is basically a highway and not the most walk-able and the side streets nearby don't quite connect the way you'd expect them to. The Ugly: The ugliest thing on this trip were the performance of my visiting sports teams. This is a solid place to stay in Calgary, especially if you got a rental car.
