"Staff very friendly, rooms very big and regularly serviced. Only food option is the buffet which was plentiful & fresh. Our week had some strong winds which was a challenge but as the hotel is built around the pools the wind was lessened somewhat. The aquapark is a 20min walk away and our boys, 15 & 13, thoroughly enjoyed it. We limited it to a half day ticket which was more than enough. To get to costa teguise you can walk along the roads and it takes between 20-30mins or you can walk directly...

"Really good, basic accommodation. Great view over the pool area. Downside...listed " Lift " & " Accessible " on their details, but failed to mention the lift only went from Reception up & down to the dining area. They'd put us on the 3rd floor which I couldn't manage. I hadn't thought to mention I'm a wheelchair user as I assumed my needs were covered. "Location is good. Several bars around which was a little noisy on Sat night but not noticeable at all rest of week. Fab pizza place up the road. Taxi rank opposite. Room spacious, clean and well kitted out. Only issue was online hotel checkin asked for passport front photo when they actually wanted the passport info page. Created a bit of an issue night before and day of travel to get sorted. Would stay here again."
