"The gal that works the reception is an absolute delight. The customer service at this hotel is truly exceptional and the location can’t be beat. It might need a tiny bit of maintenance in certain places like scratches on the floor but it’s perfectly clean, safe and the beds are firm and comfy. Don’t even doubt it. I’ve stayed two times now"

"It was a nice stay and the location was fairly good. Keep in mind it is a bit of a walk or uber ride to the nicer cafes and other points of interest in Palermo. The most important thing to know about this stay is that it is quite noisy. There is a school or daycare centerer that starts very early in the morning and you will hear kids yelling, shouting, and playing starting before 8am. Even with a sound machine it was very loud. "We loved this boutique-style hotel! It's in the desirable, mostly residential Palermo neighborhood, within walking distance of great restaurants and lovely parks. Even the popular yellow "Red Line" tour bus had a stop three blocks away. The room was more the size of a studio apartment, with a couch, kitchenette, and breakfast bar.
