"Siamo stati all'inturotel esmeralda park per la prima volta. Quando siamo arrivati il wow é garantito. Di di fronte alla reception si estende una vista mozza fiato. "More of a complex than a hotel, had to drive around twice to find check in. Dissapointed with communication. reported on the first night that the heating, cooling was not working and the patio door would not lock, these issues were ignored. Otherwise, very good stay and fantastic choice of food."

"I have no complaints at all regarding the grounds of this hotel or the facilities available. The room was quite small and tired but adequate for a short break away. Swimming pools and grounds were lovely, can’t comment on food etc as we dined out each day after choosing the room only option.
