"We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty. Hotel was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood 2 minutes from the beach. Not far to walk to nice breakfast spots like Petit Nola and Lily’s to watch the world go by. Hotel...

"Wir haben bereits eine Reklamation bei Ihnen eingereicht, die Zimmer nicht antreten kommen, wir hatten einen Bauzaun am Hotel, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, es wurde geheizt, obwohl bei der Buchung eindeutig Klimaanlage und Heizung besteht, der Manager hat uns ignoriert und hat sich mit dem Personal der Rezeption gesprochen und kein Wort mit uns geredet, das geht überhaupt nicht! "Situé proche de l'aéroport, avec des arrêts de bus devant l'hôtel (plusieurs bus permettent d'aller à Palma et un à l'aéroport). Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner est varié avec du choix, certains plats changent selon les jours (en particulier le soir). La chambre est bien et conforme, avec possibilité d'avoir la vue sur la mer et la plage. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre."

"This isn’t a posh hotel, but it has everything you need. It’s clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are helpful, it’s close to the airport, and one block from Palma bay. We needed a taxi to the airport at 4:30 am, and it was there on the dot. The breakfasts are good. I recommend it."

"Was not impressed with showing up to the location of the hotel only for it to be closed and abandoned looking and a little paper stuck to the window with terrible instructions on how to get to the other location . The younger man at the front desk was very dismissive and shrugged it off like it was no big deal after I walked around In dark streets with my 3 kids looking for the new location . "Well stocked bar, just missing ginger ale. the rooms were excellent clean warm and welcoming (April) diddn't try the AC. The staff couldn't have been any nicer they always had a smile and nothing was too much trouble."

"The suite was perfect for travel with a small child with separate area - lovely and clean - staff were fantastic and friendly with our son. Breakfast was delicious and so convenient being in the hotel next door - best of both worlds "

But the staff went above and beyond, even before we arrived. I needed a disposable taxi service which they helped organise, along with other restaurant recommendations. Their attention to detail during the stay was also amazing. Highly HIGHLY recommend Calatrava!"
