The apartment was quiet and clean. It was a bit dark inside because half of the windows faced the street. Overall, the rooms were good. However, the hot water system needs some attention as it sometimes has trouble starting.

Nice 1 bedroom apartment in the old town with a very large patio. Walkable to everything.Too bad we had rain for our visit and couldn’t sit out on that patio. Host was very helpful.

Excesivamente caro para el estado del apartamento. Requiere una reforma urgente: el techo del baño está roto, la presión del agua es insuficiente, el sofá está inservible y el dormitorio necesita una mano de pintura. ​Como puntos positivos, la ubicación es excelente, la zona es muy tranquila y el patio es precioso. Agradecemos también la amabilidad de la chica de la limpieza, quien siempre nos facilitó toallas y papel higiénico cuando coincidíamos con ella en persona.

Las mesas son inestables, y las sillas lo son aún más. Teníamos miedo de sentarnos y caernos. La limpieza brilló por si ausencia, en la encimera de la cocina había un mosquito muerto de no haber pasado ni una bayeta. Al volver de la calle dos enormes cucarachas nos dieron la bienvenida, debajo del fregadero había una trampa poco efectiva. La habitación tiene un aire acondicionado que no funciona, ni siquiera tiene mando. La puerta del baño se atranca. No tiene vistas a la ciudad como anuncia la casa, es a un patio interior. No tiene tostadora como anuncia. La cafetera es italiana y para un café, muy pequeña. Es un piso muy pequeño no una casa como se anuncia. Eso sí, te dejan una bayeta y un estropajo nuevos para que limpies tu si quieres. Toallas para cuatro. No repetiremos esta estancia.

El anfitrión no inició contacto para hacer llegar las instrucciones de acceso aún cuando se había realizado un dia antes el check in online. El AC de la habitación no funcionó y aún cuando se reportó el inconveniente no hubo ninguna solución.
