"The staff were great. Room was clean. It seems they are trying to make this place appealing. I would stay there again. It looks like they are remodeling which is great - el Reno needs the convenient option to stay. "

"Older property but easy access to our room which we were told was newly remodeled and was a smoking room. We informed the host that we didn't smoke and was told that even though it was a designated smoking room, no one had smoked in it since the remodel. The room had a very strong cigarette odor so be sure to only accept a non-smoking room if that is an issue. "

"Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I booked this place because of the price—but wow, it totally exceeded my expectations. The room was super clean, the bed was actually really comfy, and everything just felt cozy and well taken care of. The staff were super chill and helpful, and check-in was a breeze.
