Excellent sauna and steam room as well as pool n resto bar on 3rd floor. Great job by Anthony and Jason overseeing the pool area and solid fitness center. Also wonderful check out experience by Mae! Very professional, friendly and quick. Thank you!

The staff who greeted us were nice but the thing that made me give 3 stars is for their booking services. It wasn’t stated on the ad for the North Wing room that it wasn’t accessible or no elevators for the room, instead, what was written if it’s accessible or not is “tile flooring”. They should change the ad to avoid misunderstanding. My family loved the resort though, it was peaceful and quiet and the staff there were nice too.
