"The most unprofessional staff I have ever come across in the hospitality industry.
Especially reception, reservations & importantly reception manager.
Ifor a so call five star all inclusive resort, they don’t deliver.
No hot water twice during our stay, pool service was a joke that’s if you could land a deck chair. You had to get up 6:00am to reserve one, then the staff were so under staffed. Food and drinks didn’t come out at a reasonable time and then they where also incorrect.

"Beautiful place and clean paid for
Breakfast when I reserve the room so it should be all paid off, but they still charge six dollars for each person every breakfast
It’s end up $180
Very disappointed about it
The one take US dollars only pesos or credit card

"This was our first time at an all-inclusive resort, and my husband and I (in our late 30s and early 40s) really enjoyed the relaxing, adults-only atmosphere. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and stylish.
The Good:
Service: 5/5! The staff members were incredibly gracious and helpful. Having a WhatsApp chat available for anything we needed was a fantastic touch.
Vibe: The pool was very lively with great music and activities throughout the day.

"Everything was great. Our only complaint was that leaving our room, 412 in Baja point, the smell of sewage was strong every day. Was pretty gross. But as soon as we were upstairs it was gone. So it was a hold your breath and go. Didn’t smell in the room either. But next time I would ask to move rooms and it kind of grossed you out when u r feeling clean hah.
