The amenities had everything I needed and more, making the experience comfortable and easy from start to finish. "This hotel did not honor my reservation even after speaking directly to their staff the day before. Hence I ended up at the airport in a foreign country with no accommodations. Untrustworthy property especially as they denied everything the prior stay (Abraham) said the night before. What a disgrace that a customer gets placed in such a situation."
