Selected a room with king size bed option. Checked in at 5pm and “no king size beds available “. Ruined a planned romantic farewell night; 2 little beds. And front desk argued and pointed to the “king size or 2 twins” language in description. Photo shown in room choice selection on Expedia shows king size bed. Looks like it’s their option what they force you to take. They could have upgraded the room but didn’t, they argued instead. And 25 step escalator hasn’t worked for years and breakfast is now served in a conference room and far less selection of food. Bummer stay. I think I have stated there 20+ times over the years, this was worst experience ever. Looks like going down hill.
