"Good location. Extremely central. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure in the shower. Clean and tidy. The customer service at Adrez was super friendly. They should switch out that sofa bed though, it was very worn and needs a replacement, it was stainy and there was cigarette burns. But apart from that, I would come back here. Nice cosy italian restaurant in the back yard. "

"Great space, perfectly located between Old Town and easy transportation to all parts of the city. Studio apartment was spacious and a real treat to have a kitchenette. Was concerned at first about restaurant and evening business in courtyard below apartments, but both were quiet when open and closed by 10 pm. The big problem is other guests partying and talking loudly outside rooms until 4 am—there needs to be a notice given about this on check in-even with windows closed, noise was there....

"Die Kommunikation und Zusendung des Zimmercodes war eine Katastrophe! Man hatte mich scheinbar vergessen und ich musste per WhatsApp die Rezeption am anderen Ende der Stadt anschreiben. Erst erhielt ich nur den Zimmercode, wusste aber die Zimmer-Nummer nicht. Bis ich dies erfahren hatte, verging auch einige Zeit. Insgesamt habe ich 1 Stunde sinnlos vergeudet und hätte am liebsten wieder storniert, was aber nicht mehr möglich war. Es hieß dann, mir wurden die Daten bereits zugesendet, diese...

"Loved the size and layout of this property. Right in Wenceslas square. Close to food, and action. The property was large and spacious for my family. What I didn’t like, although the washroom was large, the shower leaked through the bottom grating and left the room damp and musty."
