Loved the whole resort, the room was lovely, walking to the beach which is only a 5 minute walk, staff were so nice on the phone and in the office would come back in a heart beat

Whist it has the name ‘resort’ in name, there was no service experienced by us. The women who handed the key cards made no effort, never asked if we were enjoying ourselves. There is no bar, or restaurant. Only three sunshades at the overcrowded pool. Whilst the location to the beach is excellent, then so are all the options along that stretch of the beach. Nothing to draw us back to stay at this hotel again. Simply large accomodation.

This property is right on the beach with an easy path to walk on or take a nice bike ride. We were in a beachfront 2 bedroom and the lawn in front was well manicured and beautiful. The kitchen was fine with a two burner stove, oven and large refrigerator. The thing we did not like was that the bathroom was not in good condition. The glass shelf in the main shower was tilted and could not hold the shampoos etc. The bathroom and bedroom really need a renovation and update. For the price we paid the apartment was ok being close to the beach but not ok in the amenities or the old out dated bedroom & bathroom. Another thing was that we feel the apartment should have a few beach chairs to use or the reception should rent them. A lounge chair for the patio would be nice too. The jacuzzi they show in the pictures for all to use was not heated! To complete my review: the property was fine as far as the landscaping and close proximity to the beautiful beach but the apartment needs a renovation to improve.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom plunge pool apartment. Directly in front was the pool/spa/steam room, and then the beach. Our getaway was so relaxing! Only negative was the main pool temp....it was freezing....but kids still swim in it!!!

Overall amazing for family holidays, we stayed in the x4 bedroom house with the plunge pool which created a nice ambiance however, the plunge pool wasn’t made to suit older people due to difficulties getting in and out! there’s one high step. The house had everything you’d need, the bbq came in handy everyday, utensils and x4 different kinds of wine glasses were available, private outdoor terrace in every room. Steam room, pool and spa was fantastic and clean.

Very good but Not quite 5 Star

The location is amazing. The accommodation is self contained and if good quality (except the bed and pillows) but requires some upgrades. No coffee machine whilst no cafe or restaurant on site!! The service was where this falls over. Despite multiple nights stay, no housekeeping offered!! The resort was fairly empty but another couple with young child were allocated the adjacent unit. Need better soundproofing if you are going to have different guest groups upstairs and downstairs. Downright lazy!! At this price level really there are no excuses.

Loved the plunge pool and layout of the little houses. This stay they did not unlock the configured rooms so that we had access to a safe which was a little concerning as they made a special mention to lock away valuables due to recent robberies in the area. One other point is the deodoriser they use on the couch which was overpowering and left us sneezing and with hay fever, we had to cover them with a blanket in order to sit on them. We loved the main pool and the location is amazing. We also enjoyed the extra services they allow on their property such as pastry van and The Welll Dressed Potato. Rather than a coffee van a little coffee machine in each house would be ideal, At reception you could purchase pods or coffee beans. We like to relax in our Panama’s and enjoy our coffee. We enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable and we will be back.

Great family holiday.

We had a great family holiday. There was an occasional maintenance issue but these were resolved promptly and with a smile. Our main disappointment was the fit-out of the living area. There seats were attractive to the eye but not at all comfortable to relax in. There ware 8 of us in a 4 bed room townhouse. Only to comfortable places to lounge.

Very comfortable stay. Large villa/house. Parking at the front of the door. Ample space inside. Well lit double glazed glass windows/panels throughout the house. well equipped kitchen including all cutler and appliances. Short walk to a beautiful beach. TV and internet without limits.

Beautiful resort with direct beach access

We had a great 5 day break in Busselton and staying at Aqua just topped it off. With access to the beach through lovely, well-maintained grounds, we had a lovely luxury two bedroom ground floor apartment with a plunge pool. Our apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxed. The rooms were well proportioned and the combined lounge, dining and kitchen had a beautiful view out on to patio, BBQ and our own pool. The resort is south of Busselton town center, but nothing that a 10 minute drive couldn't sort. We were only 19km from Dunsborough and not too much further to get to Yallingup and Margaret River and all the attractions this beautiful area offers. Just to top off the experience, a coffee van came each day and luckily parked right near our unit.

Great resort by the beach!

Great place and couldn’t fault much at all! Although WiFi was a little hit and miss with connection very poor and shower strength was little weak. Other than that everything made up for it and would come again anytime!

Modern apartment, right on the beach

We headed down to Busselton after work and were able to grab our keys and settle in despite the office being closed when we arrived. They were really accommodating and made that process super easy for us. The apartment was excellent, exactly what we needed for the weekend. I loved the location and privacy, and would definitely recommend for short and long stays

Wonderful stay for a large family reunion

Great family gathering, lovely large house, perfect for entertaining and well-situated for the beach and coastal walks. Nice pool area, generally all was well maintained and the one issue we had with connecting to the music system was quite cult resolved. Would recommend.
