Great new hotel in a very nice area. Feels like a newly built and developing area. Has great food options around, as well as mini malls. Easy to get a taxi or take public transport The rooms are spacious, great internet Amazing breakfast buffet Has a convenience store and a coffee place. There is a laundry room The gym is small

Good to stay for business trip.

The location is a bit out of the city, but the room condition is excellent. There are restaurants around, but you have to go into the city to have a wider range of choices. The breakfast is simple considering the size of the hotel. Overall, I am satisfied.

The hotel is really nice… but I wish I knew a couple factors before I booked because I wouldn’t have booked it. The hotel is pretty nice and the staff is pretty responsive. My issue was that the amenities were all down. Like the sauna or the pool. Also the convenience store inside of the hotel is not 24/7. Our room heating system was broken. It would not turn off the heat so we had to ask the staff to completely turn it off in our room. Also, A/C wasn’t an option as they shut down that option since it’s still considered “winter”. But they were kind enough to bring us a fan… and btw, you can see inside of the bathroom from your room (thankfully there are blinds). For a brand like Shilla, I felt really let down.

Overall good

Good choice it was. The facility is great as well as its location. The service quality is not that much good but reasonable in this price. There was a simple mistake by the front manager during check in process, and there was a sudden closing of dining hall due to the group booking. However, overall it is worthy to be considered for your stay

Nice room and very good breakfast buffet. I liked the coin operated laundry. But the hotel has some draw backs. The check in desk is on the 5th floor, but the lobby is on the 1st. It is unstaffed, with escalators out of service, so the guest has to find the elevators and figure out where to go to check in. It should have a sign up front to direct to the right floor. Also, both restaurant and bar seem to be closed at times with no explanation, even during hours of operation. Apparently, this is a new hotel, so, hopefully, these problems will be fixed in the future.
