It was a big surprise to learn that this condo does mot have daily housekeeping services! No front desk, no luggage porter. A huge condo building? Difficult to locate the assigned apt without an actual guide!

If you have a big party, this place is great. Right in front of the beach. A lot of dining options and many things to do around. Main issues are communicating with the property and difficult parking. Otherwise its a great place.

This is not a hotel, it is a condominium operated by a company. Check in and out was not smooth. They asked us to separate kinds of garbages and bring them to the garbage disposal area where it is a bit far from the building.

Property has a great location right on the beach. Booked original Deluxe room based on the photos with water view. Room had a direct view of building next door and barely any water view. Room was dusty and could have used better cleaning.

This property has amazing veiws easy parking, literally everything was in walking distance to every thing down by the beach. Including a Starbucks down stairs. The only thing i would change about this property is the bed! The bed is so hard that it was hard to sleep.

Prime location, great facility, but needs an update on checkin and policy information. The location and property was perfect for our stay -family of 4 in deluxe family suite. Its actually meant for about 6 people. Plus, it has a wonderful ocean view, and we definitely enjoyed our stay. According to Expedia checkin info, we were to get checkin information, such as access code, etc. But when contacting property, and expedia the day of, neither were helpful. And upon our international arrival, we were anxious that we didn't have a place to stay. But once we arrived at the property, and speaking with front desk, we finally got the confirmation and code needed. Plenty of options around, but I would recommend this place with anyone traveling with family with kids.

콘도 내에 식당이 많아서 멀리 이동하지 않고 콘도내에서 모든걸 해결할 수 있어서 좋습니다. 투숙객에게는 실내 수영장과 헬스장 무료이용 혜택이 주어지는데 여름휴가기간에 방문하기 딱 좋은 것같아요 해운대 해수욕장도 바로앞에있어 가볍게 산책하기에도 좋았습니다

갑자기 더워져서 가까운 해운대 해수욕장 으로 휴가 왔는데 숙소 찾다가 해변가 위치한 숙소들이 너무 비싸더라고요. 그런데 위치좋은곳에 있는 팔레드시즈가 가격이 너무 좋더라고요. 이가격에 이런 숙소를 이용할 수 있다니..수영복 입고 해변에서 놀다가 1층에서 커피 마시다가 배고파서 치킨집에 안지앉아서 밥먹고 모든게 다 되는 곳입니다. 한번오면 계속 올수 밖에 없어요.

연인과 함께 팔레드시즈콘도 프리미엄스위트에서 머물렀어요. 객실에 들어서자마자 넓고 세련된 공간에 감탄했어요. 거실 창문 너머로 펼쳐지는 해운대 바다 뷰가 정말 멋져서, 둘이 소파에 앉아 커피 마시며 바다를 바라보는 시간만으로도 힐링이 되더라고요. 침실이 따로 분리되어 있어 프라이빗하게 쉴 수 있었고, 침구도 깨끗해서 푹 잘 잤어요. 주방이 잘 갖춰져 있어 간단한 요리도 해먹었는데, 둘만의 식사 시간도 특별하게 느껴졌습니다.

최근 부산 여행 중 해운대 팔레드시즈 콘도에서 2박 머물었는데, 정말 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 우선 체크인할 때 프론트 직원분들이 너무 친절했습니다. 늦은 시간 도착이었는데 미소로 맞이해주시고, 주변 안내까지 자세히 해주셔서 첫인상이 참 좋았습니다. 객실상태도 만족스러웠습니다. 청소는 물론이고, 수건이나 침구도 깔끔하게 준비 되어있었습니다. 위치도 최고에요. 해운대 해수욕장이 바로 앞에 있어서 달맞이길까지 산책도 다녀왔어요. 무엇보다 콘도 근처에 맛집이 많아서 식사 걱정 없었어요. 전반적으로 직원 서비스, 객실 컨디션, 위치, 주변 먹거리 모든 면에서 만족스러운 투숙이었고, 다음에도 부산 오면 다시 예약할 의향이 있어요. 친구들이나 가족에게도 적극 추천하고 싶습니다!
