It was unfortunate things continued go wrong throughout our entire stay. Even before checking in, I got a message letting me know their elevator wasn’t working so their staff would be helping us carry our luggage up to our room. When we got there, their main entrance was blocked off and we had to walk up a tiny side alley to get to the front desk. It did not feel like a “hotel”. During our stay, there were so many issues including the WiFi not working that we had to call the front desk multiple times. The staff gave us a small credit to offset the inconvenience but in comparison to the disappointing stay, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless there is a general major overhaul.
