Comfortable stay

The hotel is right in front of the beach, it has loads of restaurants and coffee places, cash machine, convenience store to charge your transportation card etc. very easy to get to from Train station too! The property itself was good, the rooms are spacious enough and has enough natural light and breeze if you open the window (the room has AC). The mattresses were really comfortable and the sheets clean. The only thing i would point out is the slight noise in the morning from what i believe to be the cleaning ladies talking loud with not much consideration for the sleeping guests. We were there for 3 nights so we didnt feel the need to raise any issues as overall all our stay was good and the front staff were also friendly, although she didnt speak much english, but we used a translators and were able to understand each other perfectly ☺️

The hotel is just in front of the beach. Nice room, clean. Check in and out were very fast and pleasant. Very pleased with my stay for the price. Access using the public transportation is not really easy so. It would be better to have a car in this area.

I loved everything about the hotel. My room was spacious and well-equipped with high-quality toiletries, water was provided without limits, and impeccably clean. I had a partial view of the ocean even though I did not pay for it was amazing! The service from the room attendants was excellent. The building has a restaurant on the premises and several nearby stores and restaurants. The location is perfect, situated on the Malecon with stunning beaches just steps away. One of the main attractions in Busan, the Skyocean view, is easily accessible by foot. The people were accommodating and friendly. Even though I arrived very late and had several questions and concerns, they assisted me and were very educated and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel as it is safe and well worth the money. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in my several years of traveling.

No laundry, short breakfast if any, dirty room.

OK. So, when I booked this hotel, I thought I was getting the room in the picture and that the amenities listed were available. The room I received was not the room shown. The representive stated that it's just their main picture but the the room type was the same. I blew it off. Oh well. If that would have been the only issue, I'd have been fine. It wasn't? My room was dirty. There was long, black, thin, stringy hair all over the room and it was obvious that the room hadn't been cleaned well. Aside from the sheets being changed, it may not have been cleaned at all. They came and, quickly, swept the room. If that was the only issue, I'd have stayed and been apprehensive but fine. It is right next to the beach and a great restaurant after all. But, then, I tried to go to breakfast and do my laundry. On the site, they claim an English breakfast until 1200. I went at 0930. There was no breakfast. It ends at 9. Then, I asked about washers and dryers which are advertised on the site. There are none and there isn't a public one for km. They tell you what you want to hear just to get you in the door. You're not getting what you're paying for. Oh! And there's only one working elevator btw. Even the attitude received when trying to, respectfully, address these concerns was annoying, especially since I was being nice in trying to get it addressed.

가성비최고 장소도 아주 만족

출장때문에 알아보다가 해변가 바로 앞 숙소인데도 불구하고 가격이 싸서 이용한 것이었는데, 왠만한 비싼 호텔보다 휠씬 좋고 장소도 해변가 거의 중앙에 위치해서 좋았습니다. 담에 놀러온다면 다시 이용해보고 싶네요

변기물을 내리니 바닥으로 물이 줄줄 새고 별도로 나와있는 새면대는막혀서 물내려가는데 한~~참걸림. 바닥에 머리카락이 여기저기 꽤 있었음 . 그냥 해변에서 가까운 숙소.

송도 하프유션뷰는 멋지나 그게 전부임. 나머지 반은 옆건물위 휘황찬란한 간판 조명들이 반짝임.(암막 커튼은 있습니다만..) 전체적으로 오래된 시설느낌? 드라이기 전기선이 노출되어 있어 후덜덜함;;; 될때있고 안될때 있어서 잘 눌러야함. 그냥 잠만자고 오기에는 나쁘지 않음.

비치 뷰는 매우 좋음. 이용한 호실의 침대가 금방이라도 부서질거 같이 중간이 푹파이는 느낌, 양쪽 지지대에 문제가 있는 듯함 라이트 조작 패널에 욕실등만 조작이 안되어서 불편하게 리모컨으로 전체등을 켜거나 해야했음 전체 금연실로 알고 있었으나 다른 방에서 피는 담배연기가 욕실하수구를 타고 올라옴. 방내부에 환풍기능이 있어서 다행.

브라운도트 송도점에 대한 사실적인 리뷰

방은 깔끔해요. 바다뷰도 좋았습니다. 그러나 주차가 타워형뿐이어서 외부 유료주차장을 이용해야 했습니다. 5천원을 호텔에서 지원해줘서 3천원에 이용했지만, 5천원 지원해준다는 안내는 없었습니다. 주차아저씨가 얘기해줘서 알았습니다. 안내에는 조식이 '06시~정오까지'라고 돼있지만 실제 9시까지였습니다. 이에 대한 안내도 일절 없었습니다. 그래서 결국 못 먹었지요. 층간 소음이 많습니다. 다행히 옆방 소리가 들리거나 하진 않았지만, 위에서 쿵쿵 거리는 소리, 밖에 문 쾅 닫히는 소리가 제법 들렸습니다. 전체적으로 10점만점에 3점 줄 만합니다. 깔끔한 거랑 바다뷰 덕분입니다. 안내데스크 직원 매우 불친절합니다.
