"After travelling from Perth to Melb for uni commitments and rushing to make the 5pm check-in deadline (otherwise needing to give a $250 key deposit as the couldn’t “vet” me)-we arrived at our apartment around 7pm to find another group already staying in the room we had been allocated keys to.
As three women in an unfamiliar town, this was an extremely uncomfortable and unsafe situation. It is very concerning that two separate groups could be given access to the same apartment.

"After staying at about 12 hotels across Asia and US this year, this was by far the best trained, most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered. The actual hotel was lovely, modern, new and fresh. "Very clean, decent size room central to the city. If you're sensitive to noise, there's a lot of street noise, the soundproofing in the room isn't great, and there were weird noises in the room that I wasn't sure was the AC or plumbing. There would be random smells of either smoke or sewage sometimes. The view wasn't great because I was on the first floor. The stay itself wasn't bad just not amazing."
