"I like the Extended Stay that feels like home design of the unit. Amber was nice, friendly and respectful. All other staff in the breakfast room and at the checkout showed the same behavior towards us. We didn’t get a chance to encounter the other staff. "Honestly I cannot recommend this hotel enough, I’m not from Portland so I was just hoping that it was clean and in a decent area. I read plenty of reviews before booking, but a lot of the times people give out generous ratings and the place isn’t the best. I was genuinely relieved and impressed when I arrived. The hotel had plenty of parking and the location felt very safe. The entire hotel felt clean and new, the room was spacious, the bathroom was modern and they had a great breakfast buffet....

"The bed is comfortable. The AC is not loud. Anthony is nice and respectful. We liked him that he gave us an option which floor we preferred. My husband’s iPhone accidentally locked that he couldn’t unlock. After looking online that the phone stores would close very soon and getting frustrated, I thought about asking for Anthony’s help. He was able to get it unlocked! Thanks Anthony from two elderly customers! God bless you! "
