"The elevator does not go to the second level of underground parking making it a challenge if you have a lot of luggage. The property was described as having a terrace, which when I asked about it was told it has not been available for some time. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was good. The location was excellent."

"Stayed recent for a 3 day getaway in Kingston. The Marriott downtown is a beautiful hotel, in an absolutely excellent location for touring and visiting Kingston. The staff were always smiling and helpful. Everything you need to get to is steps away from the hotel or to the waterfront. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and we will certainly be back again. Thank you"

"What a really pleasant surprise when we entered the lobby and then the room. Beautiful lounge and room. There by are lots of little details I love like the soft black washcloth with makeup stitched on it, recycling in the room. The bed gave us the best sleep of our vacation and full sized tv! I recommended to the front desk they need better signage for the hotel when entered the parking lot from a direction not seeing the sign. I met three other travellers in the parking lot all looking for the hotel and we thought we were scammed!it would be nice to have lamps or something providing charging outlet other than the bathroom. Some lamps you can buy have them. Great night stay and great price."
