Everybody who I interacted with - the owner/manager Salman and my guides Abdul and Abdelkarim - where very kind and accommodating. The facilities were great, and I was kindly upgraded to a larger tent with its own bathroom facilities upon arrival as there was availability. The tours around the desert themselves were fantastic and I saw so much of the desert, and had a great time exploring.
