Love this property, but has slipped a bit. Not as clean as usual, and starting to show some wear. Shower was not 100% clean and shower head would not work well. Carpets are getting quite worn. Love the room set up and very comfy beds. Staff is awesome.

Hampton Inn Black Mountain
The only bad thing about my stay were the inconsiderate guests above me. I was in 327, and when the guests above me were in the room, I knew it. Lots of banging and walking around like elephants! But otherwise a very pleasant stay in a very nice hotel.
