"The staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful especially Sophie who I had for my massage. She was fantastic and I felt totally relaxed. The spa area is amazing and very clean. The bed was extreme comfortable. The only thing my husband and I weren't happy with was the choice of food for dinner. Very much pub food, would like to see more restaurant food in line with a spa resort. Overall we had an amazing relaxing weekend and will be back. Definitely recommend The Rabbit Resort."

All staff were friendly and helpful. The enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good selection"

However we were there for work and the lack of shared spaces to work from was a really awkward, we ended up working with our laptops on our laps in the reception area for an hour before they finally allowed us to go into the breakfast area as the bar was closed due to staff meeting. Surely customers should come first! If you're there as a visitor to see the sites of Belfast this hotel would be really good and I would definitely go back."

"Excellent Stay at the Moxy Belfast We stayed at the Moxy Belfast last weekend and had a very enjoyable stay. Although we arrived before check-in, the receptionist was extremely helpful, storing our luggage and allowing us to explore the city without hassle. Check-in later was quick and efficient. Our room was spotless, fresh, comfortable and well maintained. The bed provided an excellent night's sleep, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean with no signs of mould or wear. We couldn't fault the room. Our friends did experience an issue with a constantly running toilet. Although it wasn't resolved on the first report, it was repaired the following day after they raised it again. To the hotel's credit, the duty manager handled the situation professionally, apologised and offered complimentary breakfast as a goodwill gesture. Breakfast proved to be excellent, with a wide selection of hot and cold items plus plenty of drink choices. We enjoyed it on all three mornings and felt it offered great value for money. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly, attentive and professional. The bar team were particularly welcoming, and the manager who assisted us was outstanding, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. The hotel has a modern, stylish feel, an excellent city-centre location and offers great value for money. Would we stay again? Absolutely. Rating: 5/5 Tip: Book the breakfast. The quality, variety and value are excellent."
