"I recently booked for a night at Fancy Resort Beach Hotel jinja. I drove to the hotel and I was told that the hotel was closed due to renovations and management change. I was not refunded. I drove away to look for another place to stay. They took my money and no services. Why are they still advertising on Expedia.com with a closed hotel and still taking people's money. They are taking free money. That's not right.. im very upset... i suffered a loss....fancy resort Beach hotel jinja are...

"I am Muzungo and my bride Ugandan. We spent our honeymoon here while enjoying Jinja’s attractions. We found the place to be nice by Uganda standards and after sorting out a few things with the very helpful staff our stay was very nice. They have amazing water pressure and depending on the room you get, amazing showers. I found the staff to be very helpful and the restaurant kept me and my wife well fed with very good food.
