"Arrived at 10pm, couldn’t get Expedia reservation to work. Called an emergency buzzer with no response. Money taken out of my account the night before I arrived
Eventually a member of staff arrived who was grumpy beyond belief "

"We loved our stay. The hotel is Munich's best kept secret. The Front Desk, Marco and Irma were great! Very helpful with providing travel information into the city! The interior of the hotel was very warm feeling! The room was very comfortable and big! The breakfast was fabulous with a great selection of delicious food. The dinner menu was great! Roberto was awesome! We felt like we were with family during our stay!!! What a great experience!!!"
"The staff was great! Helped us out on so many things including booking a tour. There was a mistake booking our hotel room but they were able to correct it and everything was good. It's a little out from the city but the room was big. "
"Very comfortable and quiet stay here. I was a but worried of my check-in initially because Expedia noted that check-in closes at 11.30pm and due to my flight delay I would need out of hours services. Fortunately, there was staff (and loads of people) on site so I was able to check in easily and have a comfortable night stay before starting my adventure at Munich."
"Lovely quiet room in the conference centre. Reception staff welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Easy to get the U-bahn into Munich City.
I enjoyed my stay souch I stayed an extra couple of days and no problem to keep me in the same room.
Breakfast buffet has a good selection."
"Stayed here before. So looks like I was “upgraded” because of a previous stay. There moved me into a room with a balcony, so allowing me to be able to sit out side in the sunny and warm evening and enjoy a beer. Bed is large and firm, and bathroom is clean. WiFi speed is very good, and never dropped out. TV with the usual English language channels as well as as many German tv channels you can name. Centrally located right next door to the large Riem-Arcadian shopping mall and only a 2 min walk from the Messestadt U-Bahn station. Plenty of food options around the hotel. "
