"The property and staff were excellent. The breakfast was extremely good except for the number of people on the weekend. Try to avoid a weekend if at all possible. The electrical outlets have a very loose connection and the power supply kept falling out. Otherwise the room was very nice. The hotel is in a great location away from the busy downtown."

Wish we discovered the annex to all the dining options on our first day. But we had to chance to explore and see what CoEx had to offer. Thank you to the staff for calling the taxi for us. "The room we stayed at was so nice! The staff was nice and I liked that there’s a 7-Eleven connected to our hotel. The amenities are nice to use. The hotel looked modern and nice. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel is just about 12 minute walk to the station so it’s convenient "

"The hotel is fantastic. Staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service. Requests were followed up within 5 minutes (incl. a blocked drainage we experienced initially, which was promptly resolved). Our room had a fantastic view of Seoul (which we're very thankful for). As a note, only some rooms have toilet seat bidets so best to be sure you're booked the right room type (if bidet is a preference)."

"Staffs are so wonderful and polite. Room has good view of Namsan Seoul tower. Amenities are a bit lacking. Bathroom definitely needs some works or refresh since it doesn’t have good enclosure and therefore water is leaking out when taking shower. Breakfast is good with lovely personnel."
