The TV had a Google TV operating system that had not been set up. "My friend and I only stayed for one night there. That was good as the rooms were very basic, the TV doesn't work, the safe was broken, the furniture was very much dated, has no kettle or complimentary water, tea or coffee. The lifts are too small and we climbed 4 floors ( where our rooms were) rather than waiting for our turn to get the lift. "This hotel was perfect for me and my friends. We enjoyed the swimming pool and spa service and the staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good with a variety to choose from. Our rooms were perfect we had balconies and great views of Mostar. Stari most old bridge and old town were just 5 minutes walking distance. Such an ideal Location for a hotel. Thank you"
